Using Approved Technology compatible products will not invalidate your warranty. Manufacturers cannot stipulate that only their branded parts may be used within their OEM systems in order to retain warranty. Refer to Cisco’s detailed policy and the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act regarding the use of the 3rd party components.
We offer a lifetime replacement warranty on all our Fibre Optic Transceivers, DACs, AOCs, Fibre Cables, Rackmount Equipment. For all other products, we mirror the warranty offered by the original manufacturer. Please refer to our Warranty Statement for further details.

We currently use UPS and FEDEX for all our deliveries. Tracking details are provided as soon as the order has been processed. Following dispatch, we track all shipments to ensure they are delivered to our clients on time.
We can ship plain label direct to your client anywhere in the world. Simply advise at point of order.
Absolutely we ship worldwide via UPS, FEDEX, or on your own courier account.
