RMA Request Form
Faulty products must be returned within 30 calendar days of a customer's receipt of a Return Material Authorisation (RMA).
Parts will be replaced upon receipt of the faulty part unless requested otherwise.
In the case of Advance Replacements, Approved Technology Ltd will invoice and credit on return of the faulty part. This invoice will become due upon failure to return the faulty part within 30 days.
